Karen Linduska will present a workshop on Stitched Surface Design Techniques. Website:
Where: St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 100 N St. Rd 46 Bypass, Bloomington, Indiana
When: Wednesday, Nov. 7, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Bring a sack lunch (please, no nuts or red or purple-based drinks) or money to pick up lunch at a nearby restaurant.
Cost: $50 for members and includes kit. 
$65 for nonmembers and includes kit.
Class size: Limited to 20.
Skill level: Suitable for all levels.
Supply List: Karen will supply a kit for the class ($10 per student, included in the cost) that will include all the fabrics and materials you will need. You only need to bring a sewing machine as described below, threads for the project and basic supplies.

  1. **Sewing machine with a large number of built-in decorative stitches, wide opening throat plate, presser foot for wide stitches.

  2. Sewing machine manual (this is a must). Search for the manual online if you have misplaced it.

  3. Many colors and shades of rayon or polyester threads.

  4. Basic sewing supplies.

  5. Two full bobbins: white or black.

  6. Extra standard-size needles.
