Raffle Quilt
Legene White is the winner of the 2021-22 raffle quilt. Thanks to everyone who bought and sold tickets. A big thanks also to our co-chairs are Monica Kindraka and Jean Forrester, who did an amazing job and put in so much time and effort to selling tickets and getting the word out about the Raffle Quilt.

Again, our great appreciation goes to guild member Jennifer Surra-McDowell for making entire 80 in x 80 in quilt, designed, pieced, machine quilted and bound. The quilt is named "Bloomin' Jewels."
Plans are in the works for the next Raffle Quilt! Stay tuned to hear more about it in the fall.

The 2020-21 raffle quilt reflected the BQG’s 40th year Ruby celebration. The red-and-white quilt is named “Rubies are a Quilter’s Best Friend.” The quilt was inspired by Red, White & Quilted, Linda Baxter Lasco (AQS Publishing). The BQG group who planned, pieced and constructed the quilt includes Betsy Birch, Susan Brewer, Susan Colston, Janice E. Frisch, Diana McGlocklin and Jane Pitt.
The 2019-20 raffle quilt was revealed at our Sept. 2019 meeting. Maryam Othman made the quilt — cutting, piecing, quilting and binding. It is the Arcadia Avenue pattern from Sassafras Lane Designs.
Our 2018-19 quilt, raffled off at the June 2019 meeting, was a swoon design by Camille Roskelley. Blocks were made by Janice Arvesen, Betsy Glassey, Wendy Hodina, Jane Pitt, Barbara Richards, Kathy Sheehan, and Dedaimia Whitney. Wendy constructed the top and Jane quilted it. Diana McGlocklin finished the binding and sleeve.
The 2017-18 quilt "Scrappy Bear Paw" was revealed at the Sept. 2017 meeting. It was designed and pieced by Betsy Glassey and quilted by Jane Pitt, both guild members.
